If you are a fit athlete looking to maintain strength and flexibility or a new mom looking to get back into exercise, the sessions are specifically designed to help you reach your desired goals safely and effectively.

Are you looking to personalize your workout for a specific goal? Are group classes uncomfortable for you? Do you need specific focus on certain areas of your body?
If so, private pilates sessions are for you! Maybe you want to improve your golf swing or play tennis pain free. Maybe you are new to fitness and want someone to guide you through the workout safely. Prenatal & Postnatal Private Sessions
If you are currently pregnant or have had a baby in the last 12 months, these sessions are for you! At Spring and Balance Pilates you will receive a customized workout that provides a safe form of exercise for your growing baby or postnatal needs. These workouts emphasize strengthening core and pelvic floor muscles to aid in childbirth and/or postnatal recovery.
